Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire (Office-based – on-site working is essential)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and grow multiple paid marketing campaigns across several established online businesses. You’ll be responsible for running campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing as part of our in-house team.This role is office-based in Blackburn and requires you to work on-site daily with the marketing and development teams to deliver consistent, data-driven results. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple online brands
- Manage ad spend and performance across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Track and analyse results using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards
- Report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing with campaign insights and updates
- Manage budgets, bids, and KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting for improved conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform changes, and best practices
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics/GA4
- Confident managing several campaigns and accounts simultaneously
- Skilled in keyword strategy, bid management, and performance optimisation
- Experience with tracking, pixels, and UTM setup
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience managing £10k+ monthly budgets preferred
