Storekeeper

Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock control, and maintaining accurate records to support our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders.
  • Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
  • Issue the routine reports
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy.
  • Keeping stock control system up to date.
  • Achieving the targets and job standards.
  • To maintain high levels of safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (preferable).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control principles.
  • Good people management skill
  • Good understanding of automotive spare parts
  • Good computer skills specially Excel as well as ERP
