About the Role:As an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care through minor illness consultations across selected Enimed pharmacy sites in Berkshire. You’ll be part of a progressive team helping to shape the future of pharmacy-based clinical services, supporting patients directly in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face and/or remote minor illness consultations
- Prescribe appropriately and safely within your clinical competence
- Work collaboratively with local GPs, PCNs, and Enimed colleagues to support integrated care pathways
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development
- Support and promote best practices aligned with NHS and Enimed standards
Requirements:
- Qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Experience or strong interest in minor ailments and clinical service delivery
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
