Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in both Mandarin and English.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, tracking service performance, and resolving issues or escalations.
  • Support senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls as needed to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
  • Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

l Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely

l Attention to detail and good reasoning skills to spot errors quickly and report them to relevant staff

l Customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills

l Strong negotiation skills

l Proficiency with industry-standard computer packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
