About Job
We are seeking Business Development Partners with strong existing networks and client relationships, particularly in the EU and US markets. This is a remote, commission-based role offering up to 30% commission on successful deals.
As a Business Development Partner, you will:
- Leverage your existing professional network to identify and introduce potential clients to BluOryn.
- Open doors and generate qualified leads, focusing on opportunities that can be converted quickly (“low-hanging fruits”).
- Actively participate in negotiations and deal closures in collaboration with BluOryn’s leadership team.
- Educate potential clients at a light-to-medium level about BluOryn’s services and value proposition.
- Play a pivotal role in expanding BluOryn’s global footprint by connecting us with decision-makers and influencers.
Qualifications
- Strong existing relationships and networks in relevant industries where IT services are critical.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals through relationship-driven sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or software architecture is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field preferred.
