Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers for retail banking products.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on banking offers and policies.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to the team lead/HR manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any prior experience in  banking, retail sales, customer service, or financial products  is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Candidates looking to  settle in Dubai  and build a long-term career in banking will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 3,000 AED per month
  • Incentives: Up to 5,000 AED monthly (performance-based)
