Description We are seeking a skilled Crawler Crane Operator to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience operating crawler cranes and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient lifting and moving of materials on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage crawler cranes for construction projects safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the crawler crane to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to coordinate lifting operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience operating crawler cranes in construction or related industries.
- Valid crane operator certification and relevant licenses as per Indian regulations.
- Strong understanding of crane mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and site managers.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in crane operations.
